This traditional method involves crushing seeds or nuts and forcing out the oil

This traditional method has evolved into a more sophisticated process that allows to obtain the precious extracts from the plant via high pressure steam or mix of steaming and boiling water.
PULVERIZATION
To produce scrubs

Pulverize seeds after the oil has been extracted. Our scrubs are treated to control microbial content
CENTRIFUGATION & CRISTALIZATION
To produce butters

Vegetable butters are creamy fats that have similar properties as vegetable oils. They are obtained through consecutive centrifugation and crystalization techniques.
EXTRACTION
To produce water soluble and liposolubre extracts

Liposoluble and water soluble extracts are prepared depending on the assets that we want to extract from the natural species. They can be extracted in different supports (aqueous, alcoholic or glycerin).

The bioemulsion technology allows to obtain emulsion-like extracts that combine the best water and liposoluble compounds from fruits and plants in one single ingredient.Our emulsified ingredients facilitate the incorporation of fats, oils and lipophilic compounds in a wide range of cosmetic formulations, without heating step.
